Erika Evans - Founder and Certified Yoga Teacher

Yoga has been an amazing journey of rehabilitation and passion in Erika's life. After overcoming a back injury through the practice of yoga she knew part of her life's journey would be to help show others the power of the practice. Erika took her 500 hour Teaching Diploma at Prana Yoga College in Vancouver, BC. Which included training in classical Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Laughter Yoga. She then continued on with various workshops and immersions in Vinyasa, Anusara and other power based forms of Yoga. Erika has been blessed to work with many well respected teachers such as: Mark Whitwell, Shakti Mhi, Janet Stone, Shiva Rea, Sean Corne, Bernie Clark and many others.

Erika has always been aware that there is something greater to her existence than the physical body, and through the practice of yoga her fascination with energy has grown. She has started her exploration towards universal Energy, and is currently taking courses in Energy Healing. She one day plans to be a Bio-Energy therapist.

Erika balances her teaching of yoga with a part time job as a personal support worker; working with kids that have special needs. When Erika is not working she also enjoys painting, playing her cello, writing and exploring our beautiful planet.

May Bliss be your path, Om Shanti Peace. -
Erika
