Restorative: This is a gentle, therapeutic style that uses props to support your body. We will use bolsters, blocks and straps to create a passive stretch. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes conscious relaxation. All levels and abilities welcome. |

Yin: Asanas (postures) are held for an extended amount of time (3-10 minutes). This slow-paced class focuses on the breath and explores long, deep stretching to enhance mobility and flexibility in the connective tissue that forms our joints. Enjoy a deep physical opening especially through the hips, pelvis and spine. Suitable for all levels. |
